In the Shadows

They had left and the seekers rose from the ground.

"They have disappeared," One spoke.

"They have taken the Legend," The second commented.

"They have help," The third added. "This newcomer is dangerous. We should stand down until we know who or what it is."

"To have actually killed one of us," They said in unison. "It must be inhuman."

A voice spoke from a shadows after they had gone, "Or lucky." The shadow smirked and disappeared into the blackness in the alley.
