We arrived a few hours before sunset. We went to the doctors house first and I dropped off Gertrude and Mira, with a letter for Gertrude that contained some money and a contact when she was done taking care of Mira. She'd be meeting back up with us in Westport.

I brought the carriage to the docks where the wagons were just finishing being loaded up. I saw a familiar face at the head of the wagons.

"Lord Dinli," He bowed slightly when he saw me.

I hopped down from the wagon and shook his hand, "Vahn Grey, please call me Bruce, it's good to see you again. It's been nearly a year now. You've changed quite a bit, you seem, happier now."

"A lot of things that had burdened me have been removed from my mind," He smirked. "Let's get those horses switched out and get a move on. We'd best be on the road, tight schedule to keep and in about two months we will make it to Westport."
